El método Iyengar ha sido desarrollado por el maestro B.K.S Iyengar. Esta línea pone el énfasis en la precisión y alineamiento en todas las posturas.

Utiliza props" o elementos que fueron diseñados para ayudar al practicante de yoga a perfeccionarse en las posturas y que el yoga sea accesible para todos. Los elementos que se usan son: ladrillos, bolsters, cinturones, sillas, y mantas.

La práctica Yoga brinda buena salud, paz mental, equilibrio en las emociones y claridad intelectual.

Cuando el cuerpo está sano, claro y puro en sus emociones es más fácil seguir el destino propio.
